I wanted to get some basic grow taller exercise out on this page.  There are plenty more coming soon so make sure that you come back often.

In saying that there is many more things that you need to know.  Although I am giving you a lot of exercises, you need to know how often to do these exercises and how much rest is needed.

Nutrition, proper rest and the right mind set also plays an important role.  I hate to say it, but just knowing these exercises may not be enough to increase your height.  It is when the whole plan comes together you see the huge results.

Grow Taller Exercise

JumpRope
Jumping Rope

The purpose of jumping rope to to create small micro fractures in the bone.  When the micro fractures heal it makes the bone stronger and cartilaginous material thicker between the joint.

Jumping rope is also a great exercise for weight loss. The leaner you look the taller you will look.

Ankle_WeightAnkle Weights

Using ankle should be done after jumping rope or running.  The purpose of this is to extend and repair some of the the micro fractures that were created during the previous exercise.  Sit in a tall chair with 5 to 10 lb ankle weight on each leg.  Do this for 30 minutes.

This is actually very relaxing. If you practice mediation or visualization, this would be a good time to practice this.

Starting out I recommend just hanging from the pull-up bar.  After you build up strength you can start adding the twist.  Bring one leg in front of you and one behind to twist.  Keep your legs straight.  Twist slowly to avoid injury.

Perform 3 sets of 30 secs.

Although this is not the best image for the exercise you can see the basic position.  Start on your stomach and raise your legs in the air.  You are hyper-extending your back to strengthen your lower back extensors.  Like in the Rope and hanging exercise, one exercise is meant to extend and the other to build up the cartilaginous pads between the joints or vertebra.
