What are the exercises that really let you grow taller?

Genetics determine roughly 70% of your height, and environmental factors determine the other 30%. Two of these environmental factors are nutrition and exercise. What are the exercises that can most enhance your height growth, even if it’s only by a few inches? Will constantly running up to the backboard and slapping it many times everyday help you grow taller? I am 175cm, or 5 feet and 7.4 inches tall at the age of 14 years old. I plan to reach at least 195 cm by the time I am 18. Thanks in advance for answering.

    Lie on the floor face down with palms on the floor under your shoulders. Begin to arch your spine up leading with your chin. Arch as far back as possible. Each repetition should last between 5-30 seconds.
    Or
    Standing with your hands together behind your neck, bend forward as far as possible. Lead with your head. Bring your chin into your chest. Don?t bend your knees. Each repetition should last between 4-8 seconds.
