Hi friends,i’m 19,and 166 cm. i want to know,which exercises or foods can useful for me to grow taller at 19 old? and are you use them?

Just take lots of rest and sleep, eat foods rich in calcium and the sort to supply your body the needs for growth. If you're that desperate, you must try growth vitamins like Cherifer or any medicine with Chlorella ~
