How common is it for males to grow taller past the age of 18?

I’m turning 18 and i am 5′6. I am the same height as my father and mother is a bit shorter. A problem is that i haven’t grown a bit since i was thirteen. However, i do have a cracking sound in my knee whenever i bend it which will cause me to grow taller fast. I had that checked two and a half years ago and i haven’t grown a bit since. I would like to know what kind of advice you can give me that would help me grow. Tell me the age when you stopped growing.

I am determined to get to 6 feet tall at the end of my growth. Right now I am 5″8.5″ at 15 yrs and 10 months Do you know of any ways to help me grow taller? (exercises, stretches, nutrition) anything you know throw it out there because I still have 3.5 inches to grow.

Keep your hands and feet warm. Scientific studies have shown that warm hands and feet will help induce REM (rapid eye movement) deep sleep. Cold hands and feet will keep you from deep sleep.
Drink a big glass of water before going to bed and when you wake up; this will help clean out your system.
Practice total relaxation and deep breathing for a few minutes before you go to bed.
Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.
Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.
Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.
Undoubtedly, the quality, quantity, and type of food we eat affect our height, growth, and health. We cannot emphasize enough how important your food intake is in determining how much growth you can possibly obtain. The types of food you eat will either improve or decrease your growth potential.
After careful consideration and research, the daily content of protein, carbohydrates, fats and water can be achieved if the following items were taken regularly.

Egg Yolk Beef Red Meat
Milk Cheese Apples

If you eat a lot of peanut butter, your height will not necessarily stop. Neither does masturbation stop height.

I have very large feet (size ten) for a girl but i’m only 64 inches tall. How tall should i be with my feet being that large and how can i get taller? I’m only 13 so i should grow more, yes? My mother says its because i don’t sleep enough. Is that true? Is there another way to grow taller?
Hi I’m 6ft 1 (183cm) with a size 10 feet but have always had large feet. You will generally find you will get taller and your body will balance itself out, so don’t worry! As your only 13 you’ve still plenty of years to carry on growing! Hope this helps Laura xx
