I first would like to start out with the bad news. Growth and height expert Dr. Darwin Smith reports that growth plate fusion occurs around the ages of 18 – 21 for boys and 16 – 18 for girls. This means that your bones have stopped growing. Now I know that there are many natural and pharmaceutical products out there claiming a restart of bone growth. I want you to know none of it has been scientifically proven. Do not waste you money on these products. They are all scams.

Be wary of exercise programs that promote an increase in height. Any program that promotes the lengthening of bones is most likely a scam and will leave you disappointed. The only exercises that will lead to an increase in height are the ones that promote spinal decompression.

Now before you get discourage I want you to know that with the proper spinal decompression exercises, the correction muscular imbalances that stabilize the spine along with proper posture, you can gain anywhere from 2 to 6 inches in your height.

Your spine also has protective fluid between each vertebrate. What happens over many years of incorrect posture, the protected fluids is compressed. The muscle imbalances also may cause excessive curvature of the spine. The Good news is your spine accounts for 35% of your height. This is why with right exercise you can add 2 to 6 inches to your height.

To prove my point I going to give you two examples. The first is an experiment that you can do tonight. The other, unless you’re a rich you’re going to have to take NASA word for it. Tonight I would like for you to have someone measure your height. Then tomorrow morning when you first get up measure your height again. You should experience anywhere from a 1/2 to 1 inch increase in height.

It is also documented that astronauts will automatically grow 2 to 3 inches in height on one of their missions to space. As you probably guessed this is because lack of gravity. Please note that this is not with proper strengthening and lengthening exercises. This because once the spine is decompresses it is able to hold more of the protective spinal fluid.

Now if you are 5 foot tall you are not going to make it to 6. But you can experience several inches increase. If you do have concerned about you height or feel that you have been denied something because of your height you should try these exercises. Actually, any person that would like to be taller should try these exercises.
